Due to Health & Hygiene Standards
For the safety and well-being of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Adult toys
- Lingerie
- Lubricants & arousal gels
- Massage oils
- Intimate accessories
- Any opened or used product
Once an item has left our warehouse, it cannot be restocked or resold due to strict hygiene regulations.
We take product safety seriously — all items ship brand-new, unopened, and sealed where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right!
Please contact us at perfectendingspleasures@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will send a replacement or provide store credit, depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Items with opened packaging
- Intimate products (toys, lingerie, lubricants, wellness items)
- Gift cards or digital products
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- A product is confirmed defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
- A replacement is unavailable
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be altered or canceled.
