- Select ‘Checkout’ to enter your shipping details and payment information.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete — and another when it ships!

Yes, we ship to United States Territories (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), Europe, France, United Kingdom, Oceania, Australia and New Zealand.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
If your order was placed during a weekend, holiday, or sale event, please allow a little extra time for processing it. We promise it’s worth the wait!

What is your return policy?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult toys, lingerie, oils, or any intimate items once they have been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
